Analytics
Truehome does not use third-party analytics cookies. We do run a first-party, cookieless analytics beacon: it records anonymous page-load timing, click events and JavaScript errors so we can improve the Platform. Because it sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers, it falls outside the cookie consent banner. It is described in full in section 9a (“Analytics & Error Reporting”) of our Privacy Policy. If we ever introduce analytics cookies, we will update this policy and the consent banner before activating them.
3. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
When you first visit Truehome, you will see a cookie consent banner with two options:
- Accept All: Enables both essential and analytics cookies
- Reject Non-Essential: Only essential cookies will be used. (The first-party, cookieless analytics beacon described above is unaffected — it sets no cookies.)
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the Platform, or by using your browser's cookie management settings.
